In December 2017, one year and 3 months ago, Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) was bragging in a press release about over 70 million PlayStation 4 units sold worldwide, while the PlayStation VR system reached a milestone of 2 million units. Exactly 2.85%, if we relate on the PlayStation 4 units number.
Today, Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) has announced that the number of PlayStation VR systems sold globally (February 2019 included) has exceeded 4.2 million, as well as the availability of over 440 real virtual games and experiences in the PlayStation Store.
Basically, the metropolitan population of Rome. Romentic, isn’t it? 😉
Talking about PlayStation VR, in the last couple of weeks there was a game that made me curious and made me laugh also, because it has a funny trailer (see it below).
The name of the game is Space Junkies™, it costs around 40 euros, and it was launched yesterday by Ubisoft. It is a space arcade shooter and the best part of it is the fact that Space Junkies can be played also multiplayer, 2vs2, or 1vs1. I cannot imagine – without smiling – playing this game with friends, while sharing the same Party. 😀
