Sorry for the lack of articles around here, I was busy working on some projects and playing in my free time. And as you already guessed, I was playing Battlefield V, a game that I decided to buy a month ago and I have found it listed on PlayStation Store July Savings (it is still there, hurry up if you want to get a good deal).
One thing. After I have played almost all the best shooters around PlayStation 4, I can tell that there are two that you can play in tandem, Battlefield V and Wildlands. Fast pace cinematic not-that-tactical realistic shooter versus slow pace cinematic tactical realistic shooter. Warfare versus ghosts. Crazy versus silence. The best of them.
About Battlefield V:
Enter mankind’s greatest conflict with Battlefield™ V as the series goes back to its roots in a never-before-seen portrayal of World War 2. Experience all-out multiplayer with your squad in the vast Grand Operations and the cooperative Combined Arms, or take on single-player War Stories. As you fight in epic, unexpected locations across the globe, enjoy the richest, most immersive Battlefield yet. Now also includes Firestorm – Battle Royale, reimagined for Battlefield.
I have played some Firestorm rounds with squads, a single-player War Story and started a second one, and a lot of multiplayer games, where I discovered the Bren Gun, and awesome maps as Aerodrome, Al Sudan, Twisted Steel, or Narvik.
It is funnier when it is played in squads with mics, that being the moment when the tactical part is going in the correct direction. I will let you with a short game-through video with some footage I saved during the last 5-6 days.
